Rojas Contractors installed a new structural wall for us in November of 2021. This is a long stretch of wall running along the west and north sides of our house near Lake Arlington. We were very careful in selecting them for the project, doing it after seeing their outstanding work on a similarly complex wall system in our neighborhood. We could not be happier with the work they did! Absolutely NO complaints. As an engineer I am always looking ahead and trying to survey all the angles, and they were for the most part well ahead of me. The job included extensive demolition of a 30+-year wall and footings, installation of new 24" footings with additional reinforcement, concrete-filled cinderblock walls and finally the Buff Lueders stone and cap--all completed within 2 weeks! This new wall will stand for many years, as it is needed to short up the foundation of our home. We WILL most certainly be calling Rojas for future hardscape/concrete projects at our home! The only other thing to note is that their price was more than competitive, which they are able to do because of the fact that they are highly experienced and efficient at this type of project. 6-14-2022 Update: Due to normal contraction from the grout there were several cracks that developed in the cosmetic portion of the wall. Rojas stood behind their work and came out to our home address these issues – and the wall looks perfect. Ben and Germaine Rojas were more than fair in their pricing, they were prompt and their crew’s work ethic reflected the owners. Totally impeccable. Rojas Contractor’s did a fantastic job on our project! We have a deep creek flowing through our property, leaving us with limited access to a majority of our land. It wasn’t until Rojas Contractor’s did A LOT of work building a couple of headwalls for a culvert that we’d have access. They even helped design our project start to finish. Rojas Contractors did an amazing job installing a Granbury White stone retaining wall in our back yard. Ben and German are very professional and communicate effectively through the whole process. I had a new concrete driveway placed due to the other having a lot of cracks. The customer service was outstanding and my expectations were exceeded. I hired Rojas Contractors to replace a 4ft tall by 75ft tall long retaining wall with Milsap stone. They did an amazing job! My family and I are very satisfied with the final product.
